Otti Explains Why He Hasn’t Been Working From Abia Government House

Otti explained that the Government House is in a state of disrepair and deemed unsuitable for operation. He announced plans to demolish the existing structures and rebuild a new, appropriate Government House by December this year.

Otti stated, “I am not currently operating from the Government House because the buildings are in a dilapidated condition. Although we could have used funds allocated for pensioners to renovate the Government House, we chose to prioritize essential work first.”

He assured that by the end of the year, new structures will be constructed to meet the standards deserving of the Abia people. Otti also praised the quality of projects executed by the Arochukwu Mayor, emphasizing that his administration’s focus on high standards applies across all areas including health, infrastructure, and education.

Otti concluded, “Our projects—whether in road construction, schools, or healthcare—are done to the highest standards or not at all. We did not cut corners, and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve at this time.”
