Former Women Affairs Minister, Pauline Tallen, has expressed her belief that the affirmation of President Bola Tinubu’s election by the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal signifies that his triumph is of divine origin.

She asserted, “The emergence of Tinubu as Nigeria’s President is a divine project for the nation’s unity and stability. Recall the challenges that surrounded his election, such as the contentious naira redesign and the intense campaign of slander, among other obstacles that could have derailed his aspirations.

Nevertheless, despite all these hurdles during the campaign, he emerged as the victor. This serves as confirmation that leadership is divinely ordained, and when God decrees it, no one can hinder it.”

Tallen extended her congratulations to President Tinubu, Vice-President Kashim Shettima, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, and all members of the party for their success at the tribunal.

She also called upon the candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and the Labour Party, Peter Obi, to accept the court’s verdict and collaborate with President Tinubu in nation-building.
