During a press conference in Abuja, PDP’s National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, accused Ari of attempting to undermine Nigeria’s constitutional democracy by illegally supporting a candidate in Adamawa’s 2023 elections.
Despite a court-issued arrest warrant, Ari remains at large, prompting concerns about the precedent set by delays in his trial and its potential to encourage impunity among public officials.
The PDP urged the Inspector General of Police to swiftly apprehend Ari and ensure he faces justice for his alleged offenses against democracy.
