Expressing disapproval of the PDP and its supporters, Dati emphasized the judiciary’s crucial role in the electoral process as outlined in Nigeria’s Constitution.

He highlighted the unfairness of branding the judges as enemies of the state and revealed that protesters had taken pictures of them.

Dati reminded viewers of the Constitution’s empowerment of the judiciary and cited precedents in Edo, Anambra, Nassarawa, Bayelsa, and Imo states where governors were removed by the judiciary, stressing the importance of upholding court orders.

Dati criticized the PDP in Plateau State for non-compliance with court directives and reluctance to conduct congresses.

He introduced Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe, the APC governorship candidate declared winner after the Appeal Court’s decision, as an IT expert poised to succeed Governor Caleb Mutfwang.

Dati condemned the PDP’s disobedience of court orders, highlighting the consequences, including the resignation of the Plateau State House of Assembly Speaker and a month’s recess.

He refuted claims of the APC aiming for a one-party state, citing instances where the court nullified an APC governor’s election in Zamfara, upholding a PDP candidate’s victory, and the removal of an APC governor-elect in Bayelsa.
