The speculation began after a video of the two actors went viral online, showing Ovire walking arm-in-arm with Nnochiri. This sparked reactions from social media users, especially amid ongoing rumours surrounding the actress’ marriage to Nollywood producer Frederick Leonard.

Responding in the comment section of an Instagram post, Ovire clarified that there was nothing romantic between them. She explained that Nnochiri, who is married, was merely assisting her because she was wearing high heels.

“Kachi is happily married, una don start. He was helping me cos of my heels,” she wrote.

Meanwhile, rumours of a possible separation between Ovire and Leonard have continued to circulate. Speculation intensified recently after the actress removed her husband’s name from her Instagram bio.

A review of her profile shows that Leonard’s name, which previously appeared there, has been taken down.

The development has further fueled claims of marital issues, although neither Ovire nor Leonard has publicly addressed the reports.
