On Friday, the Interim National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement Worldwide, Yunusa Tanko, revealed in a post on that a delegation sent by Obi visited Alabi at the Kirikiri Medium Correctional Centre in Apapa, Lagos.
According to the update, the delegation also met with Qudir’s mother and sister during the visit.
“His Excellency, Mr. Peter Obi, through the Obidient Movement, visited Qudir Yusuf Alabi at the Kirikiri Medium Correctional Centre in Apapa, Lagos. During the visit, they connected with Qudir’s mother and sister, expressing deep solidarity and unwavering support for the family in this trying moment,” the post partly read.
It’s worth recalling that Peter Obi had earlier directed renowned Nigerian lawyer, Inibehe Effiong, to intervene in the case involving Yusuf Alabi, who is reportedly being held at Kirikiri Prison in Lagos State.
