Recall millions of dollars were donated by Nigerians (Church leaders, Emergency lovers of Nigerians, etc.) to the Labour Party and Obedient movement controlled by the presidential candidate of the party, Peter Gregory Obi.
These come after a high-ranking member of the socialist party accused the former Governor of Anambra State of syphoning over $15 Million from the party bank to personal accounts linked with Obi and the suspended chairman, Abure.
On Tuesday, Deji Adeyanju urged Obi to account for the millions given to him by “church leaders, the business community and Nigerians during the election”. He wrote, “Where’re all the billions Peter Obi collected from church leaders, the business community and Nigerians during the election? Won’t he give account for the money?.”
