In her statement, the First Lady stressed the importance of intensifying prayers, asserting that collective supplication could lead the nation out of its current security crisis. Senator Tinubu commended the security agencies for their efforts and encouraged them to persist in their fight against insecurity in the country.

She concluded by invoking blessings upon the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Al-Kadriyar family, who recently faced the harrowing experience of five of their six sisters being kidnapped alongside 19 others by bandits in the Bwari area of Abuja, saw the safe return of the sisters on January 20.

Tragically, the eldest sister, Nabeeha Al-Kadriyar, and three others lost their lives to the hands of the gunmen, who later dumped their corpses in a secluded area. Nabeeha, a 400-level student of Biological Science at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, has been laid to rest according to Islamic rites. The remaining siblings, Najeebah Al-Kadriyar (500 level, Quantity Surveying), Nadheerah Al-Kadriyar (300 level, Zoology), Aneesah, and Adeebah, are now reunited with their family.
