The controversy erupted after Peller, during a recent livestream session, alleged that TikTok’s gifting feature was being used as a tool for money laundering and suggested that Jarvis might be connected to the scheme.

Peller further recounted an experience where a fan allegedly offered to share proceeds from TikTok gifts equally — a tactic he claimed was often used to conceal illegal transactions.

Although the two creators were later seen engaging amicably online, suggesting a possible reconciliation, Jarvis’s management team, Aiso Entertainment, issued a strongly worded statement on Sunday denying the accusations.

The statement described Peller’s remarks as false, damaging, and defamatory, stressing that Jarvis has never engaged in any illegal financial dealings.

Aiso Entertainment demanded that Peller issue a public apology within 48 hours, warning that failure to do so would prompt legal action to defend Jarvis’s reputation.

The statement read in part:

“The management of Jadrolita, alongside Jadrolita herself, unequivocally and categorically refutes this egregious claim in its entirety. She has never engaged in any form of illicit financial conduct.

We hereby demand that Peller and his management issue an immediate, unconditional, and publicly disseminated apology to Jadrolita and her team.”
