Sad News Hits Taraba Beauty Pageant Community As Former Queen Comfort Williams D!es

The management of Prime Planet Event Managers has announced the death of former Miss Taraba, Comfort Williams, in a condolence statement released on Monday.

The organisation expressed deep sadness over her passing, describing her as a valued member of the Prime Planet family whose contributions and memories would remain unforgettable.

The condolence message was issued by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Disebe Donga, through a Facebook post.

In the statement, the organisation said Williams’ death had left its management and members devastated, adding that she played an important role in the growth and activities of the company.

Williams was crowned the 10th Miss Taraba in 2023 and later became part of the organisation’s leadership team. She was appointed Assistant Managing Director in January 2026, following the unveiling of a new seven-member management structure known as Team 7.

In October 2024, she also joined other former Taraba beauty queens on a visit to Senator Manu Haruna at the National Assembly in Abuja.

Paying tribute to the late beauty queen, Prime Planet described her as someone whose presence and contributions would continue to be cherished.

The organisation further stated that although she would be deeply missed, she would always remain part of the Prime Planet family.

However, the management did not disclose the circumstances surrounding her death or state its cause.

According to Bush Radio Academy, Williams’ passing has drawn attention to her contributions to the Taraba beauty pageant community and her role in the activities of Prime Planet Event Managers.
