The committee intends to hold an investigative hearing on April 29, 2024, where relevant government agencies, including NERC, will explain the rationale behind the tariff hike. Additionally, the committee aims to examine issues contributing to power grid collapses over the years and explore opportunities for budgetary adjustments to enhance service delivery.
