These allegations emerged when a Twitter user named Jack Ude claimed that Fashola and certain lawyers from the All Progressives Congress (APC) were drafting a judgment that the ruling party intended to present to judges.

” Bello denounced those responsible for the allegations as “agents of destabilization,” and Fashola expressed his disappointment over the spread of false information on social media.

He urged security agencies to take appropriate action against those involved in spreading fake news.

Responding to the accusations made against the former governor, Shehu Sani maintained that although Nigeria is a land of enigmas, magic, miracles, and myths, he found the story difficult to accept.

He shared his thoughts on Twitter, stating, “Despite the mysteries that occur in our country, it’s challenging to believe that the honorable Justices of the Presidential election tribunal would compromise their integrity by allowing someone to draft the Tribunal’s judgment for them to read like news presenters. This story appears either speculative or preemptive fiction.”
