Tinubu’s message of condolence, conveyed by Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, highlighted Albishir’s legacy of philanthropy and virtue. “The President not only mourns the deceased but also celebrates her remarkable life,” the statement read. Tinubu prayed for the repose of Hajiya Maryam’s soul and urged the bereaved family to find comfort in her enduring contributions.
Former President Muhammadu Buhari also expressed sympathy to Vice-President Shettima and his family through Garba Shehu, his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity. During a meeting in Katsina, Buhari conveyed his deepest condolences, emphasizing the sadness of Hajiya Maryam’s passing and offering prayers for her eternal rest.
