In an interview with YouTuber Korty EO, the rapper recalled moments where he was allegedly attacked during live shows, including incidents where fans tried to grab his chain or hat mid-performance.
He explained that such experiences have made stage performances unpredictable and mentally unsettling.
“I get nervous every time I am going on stage. I have had too many crazy experiences while performing. Someone from nowhere will just come and grab your chain or your hat. You don’t even know what to expect,” he said.
Meanwhile, singer Asake has reaffirmed that his respect and loyalty toward his former label boss, Olamide, remain intact despite ongoing rumours of a fallout.
The Lungu Boy crooner made this known during the same interview with Korty EO, where he addressed speculation about tension between them.
Recall that in December 2024, Asake removed YBNL from his Instagram bio and unfollowed Olamide, sparking widespread rumours that both artistes had gone their separate ways.
He later established his own record label, Giran Republic, marking a new phase in his music career.
The development had stirred reactions within the music industry, with fans questioning the circumstances surrounding their split.
