The latest development follows a viral video in which Funke Akindele appeared to ignore Toyin Abraham at a movie premiere hosted by Iyabo Ojo. The incident sparked widespread reactions and controversy among fans and the public.

Addressing the situation in a video shared on Instagram, Madam Saje confirmed that she had intervened and successfully reconciled the two actresses. She also urged them to keep their disagreement off social media.

According to her, she said:

“I have taken up the matter since yesterday. I’ve resolved it and ordered them to take it off social media. I made them realise that their matter should no longer be discussed on social media again.”

Meanwhile, Iyabo Ojo also addressed the situation on her Instagram page, revealing that she had appealed to both actresses to embrace peace, and they agreed not to exchange further comments or subtle attacks online.

She explained that the disagreement reportedly began in December, when Toyin Abraham accused some cinemas and individuals of attempting to sabotage her work—an allegation that led some fans to suspect Funke Akindele.

Expressing her concerns, Iyabo Ojo noted that there is room for everyone to succeed in the industry and stated that she would no longer interfere in the matter. She added that the two actresses would reconcile fully when they are ready.
