According to local resident Aminu Khalid, who spoke to journalists on Wednesday, the attacks began on Monday with terrorists invading Sabon Gida Libere, where one person was killed and 23 were abducted. The assault on Ungwan Nabara resulted in three fatalities. Khalid reported that communication with the terrorists remains unestablished, and many villages are now deserted due to the ongoing violence.

“The terrorists have set up camp near Libere in the ‘Agwala forest’ on a hill,” Khalid said. “Most communities are abandoned, and villagers cannot access their farmlands. The government and military must clear the areas where these terrorists are hiding to restore safety and confidence in the communities.”

As of this report, the Kaduna State Police command has not issued an official statement on the attacks.
