Former presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, Omoyele Sowore, has criticised former Kano State Governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, over remarks that his daughter advised him on political alliances.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Kwankwaso had disclosed that his daughter encouraged him to work with Peter Obi during the build-up to the 2023 general elections.
He made the revelation during an interview on ARISE Television while discussing political developments ahead of the 2027 elections.
According to Kwankwaso, his daughter had urged him to align with Obi even before both politicians eventually came together under the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).
Reacting through his page on X, Sowore faulted the former governor’s comments, arguing that if Kwankwaso now relies on his daughter for political guidance, it may suggest a decline in his political influence and judgment.
Sowore further accused him of being dishonest while adding a moral and religious rebuke in his reaction.
He wrote: “Mr. @KwankwasoRM, if your daughter now has to tell you who to work with in 2027, then perhaps she, who clearly knows better according to your own claim, should be the one contesting for president. It appears you have become politically weakened. Liars shall not make heaven! #AACOurParty.
