The President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the day of inauguration reminded Nigerians that subsidy on fuel has been removed as the last administration made no allocation for it in the budget as from the start of July.

Deji Adeyanju has warned the President to let it stay till our refineries are working effectively to reduce the pain of suffering Nigerians.

In his words, he said;

“I also want subsidy to go but fix the refineries first so that life will be easy for the masses or let Dangote refinery start working first. Our economy is fuel dependent, prices of everything will go up. This is common sense sir.”

“Tinubu must listen. Don’t remove fuel subsidy. Don’t remove fuel subsidy. Don’t remove fuel subsidy. Don’t remove fuel subsidy. Don’t remove fuel subsidy. Until our refineries are working or private refineries are working. Our economy is fuel dependent.”
