On 16th September 2025, history repeated itself in Kwara Central as Senator Saliu Mustapha (Turaki of Ilorin) once again proved that he is a Talk-and-Do leader. With smiles, handshakes, and giant cheques, he officially rolled out the ₦100 million T-Cash Scheme, putting real money directly into the hands of his constituents.

From ₦200,000 to ₦500,000, artisans, traders, small business owners, and everyday hustlers walked away with empowerment grants that can turn their businesses around. These are not promises, these are cheques already signed, sealed, and delivered!

The photos speak volumes: women, youths, and elders — each one representing a household, a dream, a livelihood — receiving support to grow their hustle. Facilitated in partnership with SMEDAN, this programme is tailored to spark business growth, create jobs, and boost the economy of Kwara Central from the ground up.

Senator Mustapha, addressing the beneficiaries, urged them to “invest wisely, grow your businesses, and lift your families.” He reminded them that this is just one of many initiatives coming, as he remains committed to building lasting prosperity for the people.
