Taraba State Governor Agbu Kefas has strongly denounced the assault on a mass transit vehicle en route to Maihula in Bali Local Government Area, which tragically resulted in the loss of seven innocent lives.
In a press release delivered in Jalingo, the capital city, Governor Kefas cautioned against any form of vigilantism or unauthorized justice-seeking by groups or individuals.
The governor’s message, conveyed by Commissioner of Information and Re-orientation, Barrister Zainab Usman Jalingo, explicitly instructed law enforcement agencies to diligently pursue and apprehend those responsible for the heinous attack.
Expressing heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, Governor Kefas assured the public of his commitment to collaborating closely with security forces to swiftly bring the perpetrators to justice.
