In an interview with TVC, Imisi disclosed that she lost her baby in April 2025, only a month prior to participating in the BBNaija audition. She described the experience as emotionally overwhelming and said it was difficult for her to speak about at the time.
“I lost my baby this year in April. It was less than a month before I auditioned for Big Brother. The whole experience was so overwhelming. I didn’t want to talk about it,” she shared.
The reality star explained that this tragedy, along with a breakup from her ex-boyfriend Hakeem, fueled her determination to move forward and turn her pain into motivation.
After winning the show’s ₦80 million grand prize and an SUV, Imisi revealed plans to pursue a career in music and expand her influence beyond reality television.
She also hinted that she is no longer entirely single, leaving fans curious about her love life following the show.
