“A production warrant is needed for Sokoto Prison authorities to bring him to Abuja, but the Court has declined to issue it.”
The summons, dated November 11, 2025, and signed by Ojonugwa Thomas, Principal Registrar I, reads: “Summons to parties by Registrar to settle records (In compliance with Order 8 Rule 2 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2021).
“Take notice that all parties concerned are required to appear before me at the Appeal Section of the Federal High Court Headquarters, Plot 1048 (710), Cadastral Zone A100, Off Shehu Shagari Way, Central Business District, Abuja, on the 28th day of November, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., to proceed with settlement of the record of appeal.”
