In a statement issued on Saturday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu praised Aiyedatiwa for his unwavering commitment to political ideals and grassroots development, highlighting his remarkable political journey and dedication to public service.
The statement read in part, “President Bola Tinubu celebrates with Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State as he turns 60 tomorrow, January 12, 2025.”
Tinubu commended Aiyedatiwa’s steadfastness and loyalty, noting that his political journey began with his membership in the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in 2011 and continued through the party’s transformation into the All Progressives Congress (APC).
“President Tinubu acknowledges Aiyedatiwa’s unwavering dedication and political consistency from his time in the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in 2011. His loyalty and commitment have been evident throughout the party’s evolution to the APC.”
