It’s worth noting that Bashir El-Rufai’s father has faced accusations of financial impropriety during his tenure as Kaduna State governor.
Bashir emphasized, “Nobody is immune to being voted out of office by the people. It will happen, and I swear nothing will happen. So, ignore all these intimidating tactics. Let’s exercise patience.”
Expanding on his earlier remarks, Bashir clarified that he did not explicitly name anyone, yet reaffirmed his stance against supporting what he described as a failed governance under the guise of dangerous ethnic-based political strategies.
“I didn’t name names, but those feeling guilty already know who I’m referring to. I swear, none of you can compel anyone to endorse this failed governance masked as a perilous, ethnic-driven political agenda.”
