The Executive Secretary and CEO of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), Dr. Muyi Aina, is a widely recognized global public health leader, holding a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard University (USA) and a Doctorate degree from Johns Hopkins University (USA). He received his initial medical certification from the University of Ilorin.
Dr. Kelechi Ohiri, the Director-General and CEO of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), most recently served as the Managing Director for Strategy at the Global Alliance for Vaccines in Geneva, Switzerland.
He earned a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard University (USA) and another Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, following his initial medical certification from the University of Lagos.
His extensive experience includes roles at the World Bank, McKinsey & Company, and contributions to reforms in the United Kingdom’s National Health Service (NHS).
