Speaking at the LP’s extensive statewide stakeholders’ briefing held at Citi Hub Event Centre in Abakaliki, Eze highlighted Obi’s influential role in the UK election, where his endorsement of the Labour Party led to a decisive victory.
“Eze, during his address, noted that Obi’s impact transcends Nigeria to encompass the entire African continent and beyond. ‘I take pride in having a leader like Peter Obi. His endorsement in the UK election resulted in a unified outcome,’ he remarked passionately.
Furthermore, Eze hailed Obi as not only a Nigerian but also a leader for the entire black race, citing his leadership within the Labour Party in Nigeria as instrumental in steering the nation towards a prosperous future.
In his commendation of party members in Ebonyi State, Eze reaffirmed their dedication to resolving national leadership challenges within the party. He underscored the unity of the Ebonyi State chapter, affirming their commitment to working together towards realizing a new Nigeria by 2027.
