Petroleum products from the Port Harcourt Refinery Company (PHRC), including petrol, diesel, and kerosene, will only be supplied to the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) for now, according to Olufemi Soneye, the Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPCL. These products will be distributed exclusively through NNPCL’s retail outlets.
