These projects encompass the Federal Secretariat and the B6 and B12 road projects within the Federal Capital City (FCC).
The minister conveyed his appreciation during an inspection of five projects conducted last Saturday. He was accompanied by Mr. Olusade Adesola, the Permanent Secretary; Engr.
Shehu Hadi Ahmed, the Executive Secretary of FCDA; Okezie Ikpeazu, former governor of Abia State, and other senior FCTA officials.
After the inspection, Wike spoke to journalists and urged the contractors to adhere to their scheduled project completion dates.
He acknowledged that some ongoing FCT projects were previously halted due to non-payment but mentioned that contractors have resumed work following payments made by the FCT administration.
Wike expressed confidence that these projects would be finished and ready for use within the FCT in the coming eight months.
He specifically praised the work done by Julius Berger on projects like B6 and B12, emphasizing the quality of their work.
