You’re A Backstabber, Saboteur – Eze Blasts Ikenga Over Amaechi Allegations

Former National Publicity Secretary of the defunct New Peoples Democratic Party (nPDP), Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, has criticized Chibuike Ikenga, Publicity Secretary of the Tony Okocha-led Rivers State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), for allegations against former Rivers State Governor, Chibuike Amaechi.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Ikenga recently accused Amaechi of secretly meeting with ex-Vice President Atiku Abubakar in an effort to unseat President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 elections.
In a statement released on Friday, Eze stated that Ikenga has no authority to issue statements on behalf of the Rivers State APC as its Publicity Secretary. He emphasized that the High Court of Rivers State had ordered Ikenga and his group, led by Tony Okocha, to cease parading themselves as the Caretaker Committee for the Rivers State Chapter of the APC.
Eze argued that it is dishonorable to dignify Ikenga, whom he described as a “jobber,” with a response, but felt compelled to address the issue due to the misleading message his actions could convey.
He said, “For the umpteenth time, the High Court of Rivers State, presided by Sika Aprioku, in suit No. PHC/3592/CS/2023 and PH /3835/CS/2023, ordered that Ikenga and his group of imposters, led by Tony Okocha, stop parading as Caretaker Committee for the Rivers State Chapter of the APC. This judgment remains valid and subsisting, confirming Chief Emeka Beke’s leadership until October 2025 when their term officially concludes.”
Eze continued, criticizing Ikenga’s claims against Amaechi as baseless and a product of his imagination. He described Ikenga as a backbiter, backstabber, and saboteur, accusing him of betraying his party’s political strategies for personal gain.
He stated, “Ikenga, as established, operates outside the party’s interests. His claims against Amaechi are mere figments of his imagination, aimed at staying relevant in the political scene. His past actions—denying involvement in adversarial actions only to later formally join the opposition—demonstrate his betrayal of the party and its values.”
