The letter specifically accused Inoyengieni Frank Ogbise of recruiting staff from outside the state to favor the PDP and of housing INEC staff at a hotel owned by the Director General of the PDP campaign, Hon. Matthew Iduoriyemkewen. The APC also alleged that Ogbise was seen at the Edo State Government House and is planning to leave the country after the election, having relocated his family to Canada.

The APC further claimed that Lawrence Akan, the Head of ICT in Edo, distributed money to staff, allegedly from the PDP, and took them to the same hotel linked to the PDP campaign. Lastly, the party accused Blessing Suleman, the Electoral Officer for Akoko Edo LGA, of collaborating with local PDP officials and distributing voter cards to PDP members, depriving registered voters of their cards.
