The announcement was made on Thursday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, in a statement shared via X.
According to Onanuga, the President will leave Abuja today, September 4, for his 2025 annual leave, which will span ten working days.
The statement read:
“PRESIDENT TINUBU DEPARTS ABUJA TO BEGIN 2025 ANNUAL LEAVE
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will travel from Abuja today to Europe, where he will embark on a working vacation as part of his 2025 annual leave.
The leave will run for ten working days.
During this period, President Tinubu will spend time in France and the United Kingdom before returning to Nigeria.”
