In August, Senate President Akpabio had demanded an apology from her, warning that “the Senate is not a reality show.” Meanwhile, his aide, Kenny Okolugbo, argued that Akpoti-Uduaghan’s move to the Appeal Court was proof that the earlier judgment she cited did not invalidate her suspension.
