Rio Ferdinand Hails Arsenal’s Summer Signings After Coventry Victory

Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has praised Arsenal’s summer recruitment, singling out Christos Tzolis and Ezri Konsa for special recognition following the Gunners’ impressive Premier League victory over Coventry City.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Ferdinand described Tzolis’ arrival as an “unbelievable” signing while also backing Konsa as an excellent addition to Mikel Arteta’s squad.

Arsenal completed the signing of Tzolis from Belgian club Club Brugge, while Konsa joined the North London side from Premier League rivals Aston Villa as part of the club’s efforts to strengthen the squad.

According to Bush Radio Academy, Ferdinand was particularly impressed by the value Arsenal secured in the deal for Konsa, describing the defender as a phenomenal acquisition for the reported fee.

The former England international believes both players could make a significant contribution as Arsenal seek to build on their strong start to the new Premier League campaign and compete for major honours.
