Speaking during an appearance on the Comfortably Speaking podcast, Odumodublvck explained that the cap represents a warrior’s spirit, noting that he wears it as a symbol of strength and resistance within the competitive Nigerian music industry.

He said,

“This is a war cap. In my tribe, whenever our people prepare for battle against another clan, all the warriors wear this. So, if I enter the music industry, which is a battleground, put two and two together.”

The Blood On The Dance Floor hitmaker also sent a stern warning to fellow artistes engaging in rivalry with him, cautioning that those who harbor grudges or jealousy toward him may ultimately be weighed down by their actions.

Odumodublvck asserted that no amount of animosity would stop his rise to success, adding that his achievements might even torment those who wish him ill.
