The Former Anambra State Governor has confirmed the leaked audio with Bishop Oyedepo to be authentic.

Recall Peter Gregory Obi of the Labour Party made a phone call with the General Overseer of the Winners Chapel, Bishop Oyedepo a day before February 25th, in which he tagged the presidential election as a  “religious war”. Although non-gullible Nigerians knew it was authentic with the voice of Obi and that of Oyedepo, the spokesman of the Labour Party, Kenneth Okonkwo confirming it in an attempt to debunk it, Bishop Oyedepo in front of his congregation failed to deny the audio, Obi failed to sue People’s Gazette who released the audio. Yesterday, The Labour Party flagbearer confirmed it in an interview with Arise Tv.

“That audio leak of what appeared to be a private conversation  between you and Bishop David Oyedepo in which you have appeared to describe the election as a religious war and which has been seized upon by your critics as an example of you promoting a religous agenda, did that conversation take place or what is it an outright artificial intelligence fabrication or somewhere in between??”, the Tv host asked

“Charles whatever you call it, whatever anybody what to make out of it, all i can tell you is that Charles, i am not a religous or tribal bigot”, he replied

“But you did make the conversation??”

“No i just said it, whatever they want to make of it, is their business, i have shown you, i have show you one examples this evening of things that was said about me that is false from dual citizenship, from detention, from treason, whatever you make it, let me tell you i am not a religous, i am not a tribal bigot”, Obi answered the question like Ankara Messi.
