The presentation ceremony is scheduled to take place at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja, following the completion of nationwide collation of results from the APC presidential primary.

According to a statement issued on Saturday by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the event will be attended by APC governors, members of the National Executive Committee, the National Working Committee, lawmakers, and other top party stakeholders.

The APC had earlier conducted its presidential primary election as part of preparations for the 2027 general elections, with Tinubu emerging victorious after defeating his sole challenger, Osifo Osayamen Stanley.

The presentation of the Certificate of Return and party flag will officially cement Tinubu’s position as the APC flagbearer for the upcoming election cycle.

Speaking after participating in the primary process, Tinubu described the exercise as evidence of strong internal democracy within the ruling party.

He made the remarks after casting his vote at Ikoyi-Obalende Ward L2 in Lagos State, where he praised party members for their peaceful conduct and active participation.

The President commended the orderly manner in which the primaries were conducted from the ward level to the local government stage, noting that party officials ensured proper accreditation, registration, and collation processes across the country.

Tinubu further stated that the exercise reflected a healthy democratic culture within the APC, emphasizing that grassroots members were fully involved in decision-making throughout the process.
