Controversy As Phyna Explains Why She Won’t Get Pregnant For Her First Child

The Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner made this known during a Friday livestream with fans, explaining that she is currently focused on building her finances and achieving financial stability before stepping into motherhood.

According to her, she wants to be well-prepared financially before welcoming her first child.

Phyna also disclosed that she does not intend to carry the pregnancy herself. Instead, she revealed that she plans to have her first child through surrogacy.

“My goal for the rest of the year and early next year is to focus on making money to have my first child. When I say I’m having my first child, I’m not getting pregnant myself o. No way. I’m going to have my first child through surrogate,” she said.

Her statement comes weeks after she previously said she was not interested in having children and would prefer to focus on raising pets instead.

She had earlier explained that although she is capable of having children, she does not feel a strong desire for motherhood, adding that she would rather care for animals such as cats and dogs.
