Only Two People Donated For My Birthday – Prophetess Sommy Calls Out Church Members

Published

Prophetess Sommy, the head pastor of Glorious Manifestation Ministry, has taken to social media to express frustration over what she described as a lack of support and concern from members of her church.

According to Bush Radio Academy, the cleric made the remarks in a video circulating online, where she questioned why some members appeared more concerned about contributing to the construction of the church altar than supporting her personal welfare.

She also questioned why people who seek her prayers and participate in deliverance sessions rarely show similar concern for her wellbeing.

“From year to year we do not collect prophet offering. The only thing that concerns you is building of altar, but anything that concerns your woman of God, you people will not show interest,” she said.

Prophetess Sommy further disclosed that only two people supported her financially during her birthday celebration. She also claimed that she has been experiencing health challenges while continuing to conduct fasting and deliverance sessions.

“Only two people donated for my birthday. I’ve dried up because I have been doing fasting and I keep taking medication,” she stated.

The pastor also claimed that she received only two bags of rice during the celebration and expressed frustration that church members allegedly do not provide financial assistance for necessities such as internet data.

“It’s a very wicked thing to do. I received only two bags of rice and I will not cook it with my money. Even common data, you don’t give me. I have broken my legs while conducting deliverance,” she added.

Her comments have since generated reactions on social media, with users discussing her concerns about the relationship between church leaders and members, as well as the expectations surrounding financial and personal support within religious communities.
