The alleged offenses involve embezzlement of N2.4 billion and were said to have occurred between 2019 and 2022 in Ogun State.

With the permission granted, Oluomo is now allowed to travel abroad for his medical check-up. The case will continue to be tried in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
