Adeoye, who also holds the position of Presiding Prelate at the Sufficient Grace and Truth Ministries (SGTM), emphasized that the widespread adversity is becoming increasingly intolerable for the populace.

“In the present context, today’s date of August 29 marks the completion of three months since the commencement of President Tinubu’s administration.

However, during this short span of time, enterprises have folded, individuals have lost their livelihoods, the specter of hunger has enveloped the nation, and many individuals who may seem alive are, in truth, mere walking shells.

“Let us be forthright in our assessment: this ‘terrain’ is not displaying forward momentum, Mr. President. These past three months have ushered in a period of extreme rigors and distress for Nigerians, an ordeal that has almost become unendurable.

“As you and your family reside securely within Aso Rock, those who encircle you hold positions of prominence. Regrettably, they are unable to fathom the anguish in the same manner as the common citizens. ‘Igboro o rerin Sir’—the streets are far from peaceful. The prevailing sentiment is one of profound discontentment.”
