In the late 1980s, Farian introduced Milli Vanilli, featuring Fab Morvan and Rob Pilatus. Their debut album, “Girl You Know It’s True,” became a massive global success, earning them a Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 1990. However, it was later revealed that Morvan and Pilatus didn’t contribute vocals to their recordings, leading to the revocation of their Grammy.

While the Milli Vanilli scandal impacted Farian’s career, he rebounded and collaborated with various artists in the subsequent years.
