In a statement, EDSTMA management stated that the motorist, operating a commercial bus with the registration number FFE145XA, committed a traffic offense, leading to his apprehension by officials of the Zone 2 Enforcement Team. Upon being caught, the driver allegedly became enraged, producing fuel and igniting one of the EDSTMA officers.
The video posted on the page, accompanied by a voiceover, claims that the driver, who is currently evading authorities, had committed a traffic offense. Despite being apprehended by the Zone 2 Enforcement Team, he purportedly refused to drive the bus to the EDSTMA base. Presently, the injured officer is undergoing treatment in an undisclosed hospital.
