The saga unfolded over the weekend when Harry, another loyalist who gained notoriety on the internet during the Tinubu VS Obi and Atiku court case, for allegedly blackmailing Supreme Court justices, divulged how FS Yusuf and other influential loyalist influencers were paid a hundred and fifty thousand to throw their support behind Asue Ighodalo instead of another party candidate, Olumide Akpata.

Harry in his words stated: “Make of these screenshots and the worda whatever you want but I can categorically tell you that Asue has paid someone. Make them come deny am. On a call with Yusuf and he categorically stated that 150k was the price, probably that’s what he will be sharing to boys as “key obidient” wey him be  Sharing this not because I don’t respect privacy but make una know say nothing like “equity fairness and justice” dey inside this Asue talk ALIGN MOVEMENT IS NOT FOR EDO YOUTHS, it is a baby of PDP.”

FS Yusuf refrained from refuting the allegations leveled against him. Instead, he retaliated by implicating other members of the obedient movement, providing concrete evidence to support his claims.

Among the accusations were that the national chairman, Abure, squandered billions of naira on acquiring luxurious cars and multiple properties in prominent locations in FCT, Abuja. Additionally, Yusuf alleged that Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate, paid thousands of naira to obedient influencers to host stage spaces on X, and that leaders of the party paid money to influencers to garner support for the movement.

In his words via his X handle he stated: “OBIDIENTS THIS IS HOW THEY SQUANDERED YOUR SWEAT AND TURN YALL TO SLAVES IN THE MINES. Follow me. The thread of criminality will be long because the people acting as saints on Twitter are all thieves (TOGETHER WITH LP Executives) living large in Abuja on your sweat. Good morning, Serah Ibrahim – their Secretary that left her 9-5 job in Lagos to drink from Obidients sweat too.”

The influencer from Edo State further refuted Peter Obi’s statement, in which he claimed that the party received less than a billion in donations from supporters, by disclosing that billions were contributed to the party during the presidential election by Nigerians.

“Ask them of the Billions you people contributed in the 2023 Presidential election to have a better Nigeria. Don’t worry. I will help you. They were sharing the billions buying houses in Guzape. Oh your lovely Serah now drives a Totota 2018, ran from Lagos to rent a two-bedroom apartment in Wuye – Abuja. I will wait for her to deny it. **Ask your friends to tell you the cost of renting a two bed in Wuye.”

FS Yusuf in a separate tweet revealed that Obi was surrounded by a den of thieves.

“Peter Obi came with a honest slate to find a vehicle to make his Nigerian Dream come through, unfortunately for him, he found himself in the den of thieves. so sad. While Obidients were contributing their hard earned monies, your leaders were obtaining luxury houses in Abuja. Guzape na your mate? Ask Serah Ibrahim.”
