According to reports, six people, including Wigwe, are feared dead in the crash, marking California’s second fatal helicopter accident within a week. The Eurocopter EC 130, carrying the passengers, crashed near Nipton on the outskirts of the Mojave Desert. The authorities have been unable to locate any survivors following the incident in San Bernardino County overnight.
