Nwabali’s pivotal role saw him save two penalty kicks as the Super Eagles clinched a 4-2 victory over Bafana Bafana, securing their spot in the final of the tournament.

Despite his standout performance, Nwabali was quick to divert praise away from himself, instead attributing the success to the collective effort of the entire team.
