Kula further explained that, as part of the reforms aimed at motivating civil servants in Benue State and positioning them for optimal performance, the governor has established a connection between the Government House in Makurdi and the Benue State Secretariat to a reliable 330 KVA power supply source.
Additionally, as a means of incentivizing workers for peak performance, the governor has instructed the automation of the state secretariat to monitor and address issues like absenteeism from duty.
