Billionaires Dangote, Otedola Visit Tinubu In Abuja

On Wednesday, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Tinubu, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as the winner of the presidential election and also issued him a certificate of return.
