**NBS Reveals Most Affordable States in Nigeria**
The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) has identified the least expensive states in Nigeria. According to their latest report, Benue, Delta, and Borno are currently the most affordable states.
The NBS Consumer Price Index and Inflation Data for July, released on Thursday, highlighted that these states experienced the slowest rise in Headline Inflation year-on-year. Benue’s inflation rate was 27.28%, Delta’s was 28.06%, and Borno’s was 28.33%.
For month-on-month inflation, Taraba (0.17%), Kwara (0.62%), and Ondo (0.91%) showed the slowest increases. Conversely, Abuja (3.91%), Borno (3.84%), and Enugu (3.76%) saw the highest inflation rises.
