His appeal came during a meeting with a delegation from the Public Complaints Commission (PCC) in Abuja at the EFCC’s corporate offices.
Olukoyede emphasized that conflicts and discord often stem from corruption, injustice, and entrenched deprivation.
He stressed the importance of maintaining equity and fairness for a successful functioning system, stating, “Corruption is the underlying factor of injustice.
We should address the disparities causing injustice. Social discord is also a consequence of injustice.
It is imperative that we unite to eliminate injustice in our nation caused by corruption. What benefits one should benefit all.”
The EFCC chief encouraged the PCC leadership to exert efforts to garner support from Nigerians. Additionally, he proposed the creation of a Memorandum of Understanding to formalize the connection between the EFCC and the PCC, aiming to enhance the existing partnership between the two commissions.
