BREAKING: Kidnapped Plateau Resident Regains Freedom After Intense Security Pressure

A resident of Rafiki Village in Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State, identified as Patrick Gazu, has regained his freedom after being abducted by suspected kidnappers.

According to Bush Radio Academy, Gazu was released following sustained pressure from troops of Sector 3, Operation Enduring Peace, alongside other security agencies involved in efforts to rescue him.

The victim was reportedly abducted from his residence in Rafiki Village at about 11:57 p.m. on September 30. Security sources said he has since been reunited with his family and is currently safe.

Security analyst Zagazola Makama reportedly disclosed that security agencies have launched a manhunt for the suspected perpetrators following Gazu’s release. Efforts are ongoing to track down and apprehend those responsible for the abduction.

The successful rescue highlights ongoing operations by security forces and other agencies to secure the release of kidnapping victims and tackle criminal activities in Plateau State.

Authorities are expected to continue efforts to identify and apprehend the suspects linked to the abduction.
